Faith and Service

students serve as alter servers during mass

Cathedral High School is part of an international network of Holy Cross high schools and colleges throughout the world. Our tradition is based on the philosophy of educating both hearts and minds. At Cathedral, education lies not just in academic excellence, but also with the competence to see and the courage to act to make the world a better place.

Helping a diverse group of students develop spiritually is one of the missions of Cathedral High School ever since our founding by the Brothers of Holy Cross in 1918. We welcome students of all faith traditions as part of our mission. Approximately 20 percent of the student body comes from different faith backgrounds, giving all our students the opportunity to learn and interact in a religiously diverse environment.

Faith and Service takes on many approaches at Cathedral. Learn more about how students develop the competence to see and the courage to act.
