Senior Parent Information
Senior Yearbook Ads: Parents can now create a Senior Ad for the 2025/26 Cathedran Yearbook. Design and Order your ad on the Yearbook Forever website and search for Cathedral High School. Please make sure you selected Cathedral High School that is in Indianapolis as there are several Cathedral High Schools listed on the site. Prices increase after April 1st. All ads must be purchased and created by April 26th. No extensions can be given on the deadline.
Senior Retreat: Seniors are highly encouraged, but not required to attend one of the five senior retreats Cathedral offers. The fee to attend is included in your student fees. Please contact Campus Ministry for more information
Ordering Graduation Materials: Herff Jones will meet with seniors on January 13th at the end of the day and an order form will be distributed. A representative from Herff Jones will be available during lunch on January 23rd to collect forms and payment.
Prom: Prom will be held April 18, 2026 from 7:30-11 pm (students are required to stay from 8:30-10:30 pm) at Mavris Events Center! The theme is Hollywood! Tickets information and more details will be available in March.
Service Requirement: Seniors are required to fulfill their St. Brother Andre Project by December 1st of their senior year and 14 service experiences their freshmen and sophomore years. The St. Brother Andre project is a graduation requirement for both Cathedral High School and the State of Indiana.

Graduation Practice: Practice occurs the week before Graduation and is held at Cathedral. At this time, the class moderators will be reading the names of the students. If you are concerned about the pronunciation of your child's name, please have them email a video to Katie Lewis with the correct pronunciation (klewis@gocathedral.com).
Baccalaureate Mass: This is a Mass held on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 2:30 pm in the Welch Activity Center.
Dress for seniors for Baccalaureate Mass- Seniors should be dressed in their Sunday best; seniors will wear their gown during Mass (but not their cap). Seniors should look nice (i.e. pants, shirt and tie for men and a light-colored dress for the women). Attire should follow Christian Modesty and be appropriate for Mass. Students may not wear stoles/cords unless they are for NHS or Summa/Magna/Cum Laude. We encourage parents to wear these additional stoles or cords if they would like.
Graduation: Graduation will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 6 pm at the Fishers Event Center. Families will automatically receive 8 tickets. If you would like to reserve more tickets, please fill out this form by April 18. Students will receive the tickets the week before graduation.
Diplomas: Diplomas will be ordered in February. If your child's name is not accurate on PowerSchool, please e-mail Katie Lewis (klewis@gocathedral.com) by February 1st. Diplomas are issued only to those who have completed all requirements for graduation and have met all financial obligations as well as all other school responsibilities including the completion of the St. Brother Andre Project.
Past Events
Senior Picnic: The senior picnic will be held on Wednesday, August 6 at 6:30 pm outside of Door 1 in the S Lot.
Senior Portraits: Senior portraits will be taken on campus on our school picture days, September 3 and 4. On those days, seniors should dress up for their picture which is taken during Religion class. For gentlemen, this includes a shirt and tie (suit jacket or sport coat is suggested but not required). Please keep in mind Christian modesty.
Senior Student Information Needed for College Recommendation Letters
As counselors, we want to have as much pertinent information as possible when putting together recommendation letters for your son/daughter. Please take a few minutes to respond to the questions below and return as soon as possible. We would like submissions no later than September 15th (the earlier the better). This information will help us paint a meaningful and total picture of your student.
