A Commitment to Integrity

As a Holy Cross school, Cathedral is committed to creating a community grounded in integrity, respect, accountability, and care for one another. Maintaining that kind of community requires all of us to speak up when something does not seem right.

Cathedral has established an anonymous and confidential reporting system for educators, parents, and other members of our community to raise concerns about suspected unethical conduct, violations of school policies, harassment or inappropriate behavior, misuse of school resources, safety concerns, or other serious misconduct.

Whenever possible, we encourage our community to address their concerns through the appropriate member of the school’s leadership team. However, we recognize that there may be circumstances in which an individual is uncomfortable using those channels, believes a concern should be reported independently, or would prefer a confidential reporting option.  We encourage members of our community to raise concerns in good faith so that they can be appropriately reviewed and addressed.
