YOUTH CAMP: Fundamentals and fun are emphasized at the Irish Youth volleyball camps for those entering the fourth through sixth grades. Skills and technique, an appreciation of teamwork, and a development of love for the game of volleyball will be the goals during camp. Register for Youth Camp. VOLLEYTOTS Camp: VolleyTots specializes in developing basic motor skills used in the sport of volleyball by providing opportunity to develop motor skills, hand-eye coordination and introduce a young athlete to the fabulous game of volleyball. The other assets learned during the camp will be to improve self-esteem, listening skills and teamwork. All of the drills, play will be age/skill level specific to the younger athlete. It is opened to both boys and girls. CADET CAMP: Cadet camp for incoming 7th & 8th grade students focuses on the fundamentals of volleyball. Campers will receive coaching from Coach Quenichet and the Irish coaching staff as they work to expand their volleyball abilities. Instruction will focus on the development of individual volleyball skills, team movement, and game play. Register for Cadet Camp! ELITE CAMP: This camp is open to all of those entering the 9th grade for the next school year and it is designed to prepare the Cathedral athlete to play high school volleyball with advanced individual skill work and team drill work, as well as classroom sessions. Athletes leave eager and ready for high school volleyball! Those planning to tryout for the Cathedral volleyball program in August will begin their summer training at this camp.
