The Class of 2028 has the opportunity to sign up for an iPad bundle atthe time of enrollment for an estimated $590 (will be added to yourFACTS billing account).

You can make this selection in the enrollment checklist in the parentportal where you created the application. If purchasing throughCathedral, you must order no later than March 15!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENT ATHLETES
Families of Incoming Freshman (Class of 2028): The following items must be completed prior to your student participating in any pre-season conditioning, practice, open gym or open field workout. Access to the 2024-2025 Final Forms documents will be available after April 1, 2024, and athletic physicals must be performed after April 1, 2024 as well.

Parents and students must register with Final Forms. (Instructions for registering with Final Forms)
Please make sure all documents are completed and electronically signed by parents and students.
Forms will change from red to green color once completed. Final Forms Instructions.

New families cannot register for Final Forms until April 1, 2024.

Athletic Physicals

Download and print the IHSAA PPE Physical Form from Final Forms. The form is available on the tab titled “IHSAA PPE Physical (for Physicians).” You will upload the completed physical on the same tab.

Take the form to an appointment with a physician holding an unlimited license to practice medicine, a nurse practitioner, or physician assistant OR your student can bring the form with them to Cathedral’s Athletic Physical Night will be held in April 11, 2024. Physical night information.

Turn in the completed and signed IHSAA PPE Form to the Cathedral Athletic Office or digitally upload the form in Final Forms.

The enrollment contract includes the tuition of $17,600 and freshman studentactivity fee of $675. Tuition and fees do not include an iPad, books, uniform,course fees (if applicable), lunches, or optional bus service.

This Spring the Business Office will send all enrolled families the steps toset up a FACTS student billing account. This is required for all students.

There is no fee if a family chooses a payment plan. Families paying tuitionand fees in full by September 1, 2024 will receive a $300 discount.

Families who completed the application for tuition assistance through FACTSwill see the tuition assistance and/or Indiana Choice Scholarship (voucher)estimate in their tuition contract found in the enrollment portal. To begin this process or review FAQs, visit gocathedral.com/tuitionassistance.

The estimated voucher amount is based on the 2022 income information provided via FACTS. Cathedral will need to verify your income eligibility this spring, as the state of Indiana bases Choice Scholarships on 2023 tax returns. Upon review of your 2023 tax return, if your family is not deemed eligible to receive a voucher, you may receive a revised financial aid award decision.

The counseling department extends our warmest welcome to the Class of 2028! We are so excited to have you join our Cathedral family. Students from the Class of 2028 who are enrolled by January 12 (submitted contract and deposit) are welcome to attend early scheduling on in mid-January. More information to follow.

The Cathedral Spirit Shop: Your one-stop shop for Cathedral uniforms and more!

All students are required to be in Cathedral school uniform during the school day and during summer school sessions.  Cathedral logo uniform polo shirts (short or long sleeve) are required for ALL students. These can be purchased online or in the Spirit Shop store only. Students may also wear a Cathedral sweatshirt (crew neck or hooded). 

Activity Recognition/Spirit Days: Students are permitted to wear Cathedral activity shirts or sweatshirts with their uniform pants on Friday or the last day of the school week.

Are there other ways to purchase the uniform?
The Cathedral Mothers Club hosts used uniform sales throughout the year. Click here for more information! This is a great way to find spirit wear and uniforms at a discounted rate.

Summer School takes place in June 3 - 27.   New students must be fully enrolled (enrollment contract and deposit) to register for Summer School.

Summer school offers a morning and afternoon session and classes taken will be counted towards total graduation credits. Registration usually opens in January and space fills up quickly. Physical education and health are popular classes for incoming freshman to take during summer school.

Based on a review of academic information included in the admissions application and HSPT scores, some students will be required to participate in Summer Math and/or Summer English.
