2019 Spring Mission Trip
Cathedral will be celebrating 18 years serving the Johns Island, South Carolina area this year! This year we will continue our partnerships with both the Sea Island & Charleston Habitat for Humanity chapters as well as building new relationships with area schools and outreach efforts in the Johns Island and Charleston areas. The trip cost this year is $675. The cost includes all Habitat fees, lodging, food, and Charleston tour. The only spending money the students need will be for souvenirs & lunch in Charleston. This year we will be departing Indy on Saturday, March 30th at 5:30 pm and return on Saturday, April 6th around 7:30+ am.

September 18th, 2018 – Call Out Meeting for Parents and Students. Trip registration begins on a first come basis at the meeting. Trip will fill on a first come basis.
September 30, 2018 – Trip Roster posted
November 1, 2018 – Trip Deposit of $150 due for all students.
December 14th, 2018 - Meeting to Kick off Cookie Dough Fundraiser during FLEX. ALL student participation (5 tubs of cookie dough min.) Cookie Dough Sales 12/15 thru 1/14.
January 14, 2019 - ALL Cookie sales money & orders due!
January 31, 2019 – Payment of $200
February 28, 2019 – Payment of $200 due & Permission Packets Due!
March 13, 2019 - Final Payment less Cookie Dough Profits raised March 19, 2019– Mandatory meeting with parents and students before the trip. All outstanding payments & paperwork must be in!
March 30, 2019 – Be at School 5:30 for loading buses. 7:00 Mass, Buses pulling out at 8:30pm.
April 6, 2019 - Buses return to campus around 6 - 8 am.

No Refunds after January if a student drops unless the spot can be filled.
TRIP DEPARTURE March 30th 6 PM - Parents and Students please begin arriving at 6 PM at the WELCH ACTIVITY CENTER LOBBY Parents we ask that you or another adult be present as we check your student in. We WILL be opening and checking all luggage and backpacks. Reminder: The only Electronic device allowed is the students iPhone! NO iPads or Laptops.
