Please remember the committee is looking for nominees that had an illustrious academic career by receiving city, state, national or international recognition while attending Cathedral High School. Some examples would include: nominee qualifies for the United States of America Mathematics Olympiad, nominee obtained admission to every Ivy League School, nominee received a perfect score on the SAT (both math and verbal), etc.

Please remember the committee is looking for nominees who had an illustrious athletic career during their time at Cathedral High School.

The following guidelines have been developed to help in nominating individuals. These are merely guidelines and not hard-and-fast criteria.

1. Overall contributions to a co-curricular or extra-curricular activity
2. Service to a co-curricular or extra-curricular activity
3. Recognition at the city, state, national or international level
4. Leadership in city, state, national or international organization
