Physical Night

PRE-REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED. YOU WILL STILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER FOR PHYSICAL NIGHT AT THE DOOR TONIGHT.

Pre-participation athletic physicals will be conducted by the staff of Franciscan Health Sports Medicine in the Welch Activity Center on Thursday, May 7, 2026. This is a multi-station screening for all Cathedral High School athletes (incoming as well) and focuses on injury prevention through pre-season examination. This physical will be good for all sports for the entire 2026-2027 school year.

Parents and students must complete and sign all forms in Final Forms before taking the physical. Print out the official IHSAA PPE physical form from your Final Forms account and bring the physical form to be completed.

The schedule for physicals, by class, is as follows:

• Current Freshmen (2029) & Incoming Freshmen (2030) - 6:00 PM
• Current Juniors (2027) and Current Sophomores (2026) - 6:45 PM

All Cathedral student athletes must have all documents in Final Forms completed/signed and a current IHSAA physical (performed on or after 4/1/26)  on file in the athletic office before participating in any pre-season practice, conditioning, open field, or open gym activity.
