Reunion FAQ

When will I start hearing about Grand Reunion?

A "Save the Date" has been included in the alumni newsletters. A class specific invitation e-mail will go out in early 2019, and a brochure providing weekend activities and registration will be mailed shortly after. Don't worry - we'll send reminders leading up to the weekend, too!

Why didn't I receive a mailed communication?

If you have not received a mailed postcard or invitation that most likely means we do not currently have a valid mailing address for you in our system. All however is not can update your contact information here or simply email Jean Smith '97 ( with your updated information and she'll ensure a mailed invitation is sent your way.

It is not my class reunion year, can I still attend?

Of course! While we celebrate specific milestones, everyone (Cathedral alumni, Academy/All-Girls School alumnae) are invited back to campus for the event. We do not send materials to non-reunion years to save time and money but registration is available to all online.

What is the online registration deadline?

The online registration deadline will be June 15, 2019.

May I register to attend the reunion after the registration deadline?

Cathedral's Grand Reunion Weekend is well attended every year (pushing over 400).  As such, space may be limited based on the anticipated size of each class at dinner therefore meal tickets will be available on a first-come, first served basis.

Can I change my registration after submitting it either online or by mail?

Of course, simply call Jean Smith '97 at (317) 968-7333 for assistance.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes - all attendees are charged $35.00 flat to participate. The $35.00 charge includes your meal and beverages during the night and also helps underwrite general costs for the reunion (like rental of tables, chairs, musical equipment, etc.) to make this a break-even event for Cathedral.

What should I wear?

Although dress is fairly casual for the weekend, class reunion dinners may vary. If you have a question about appropriate dress for events please contact your class  representatives.

Where should I park on campus?

Alumni and guests may park in any legal parking space on campus - no parking permits are needed.

If I have additional questions, who do I contact?

If you have further questions please contact Jean Smith '97, Director of Philanthropic Engagement at (317) 968-7333 or
