Upon registering for a visit more information about parking and check-in will be shared. The main entrance to Cathedral High School is through door number 4.
Open House is an exciting event packed with Irish spirit! Join us to explore campus, meet educators, staff, students, and parents, and enjoy the beautiful campus. Mass begins at 5 p.m. and the Open House runs from 5:30-8 p.m.

Irish Experience Shadow Visit for Current 8th Graders
Spending a day in the life of a Cathedral student helps introduce eighth-grade students to our Irish family, and we are excited to plan this special day for you. You will have the opportunity to pray with us, attend class, discover our beautiful campus, and interact with Cathedral students and educators. Your visit itinerary will be customized to the interests you shared in the application.
Step 2: Upon successful completion of your application, log back into the Parent Enrollment Portal to schedule your Irish Experience Shadow Visit. Note: It may take 24 hours for the application to be imported and to access the application checklist.

Irish Experience Shadow Visit for Current 7th Graders
While the majority of our students shadow during the fall of their 8th grade year, we will offer a limited number of shadow days for 7th grade students. Specific 7th-grade shadow dates will be shared soon!
Cathedral has so many great athletic, performing arts, and academic events throughout the school year. And you’re invited to join in! Complete the form below to receive a printable All-Access Pass and enjoy free admission to all home athletic events and all theatre, choir, or academic events during the 2024/25 school year.
Each applicant for freshman admission must take the STS High School Placement Test as part of the application process. The placement test is offered on Saturday mornings from 8:30-11:30am.
Placement tests will be offered on September 21 and October 26. Students can register for the HSPT in their application checklist or by clicking the button below.
During Testing, Parents Can Enjoy Coffee with Cathedral
While students are taking the placement test on each Saturday date, we offer a gathering for parents/guardians called "Coffee with Cathedral" that is designed to share valuable information about academics, counseling, and more. This gathering and campus tour begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Cathedral Dining Hall. The Admissions Team will direct parents to this location on the morning of the placement test. There is no need to RSVP.
