Congratulations! To secure your student's place in the Class of 2030, you'll need to:

• Submit the Intent to Enroll form and the $1,000 enrollment deposit. You can access this form through your Parent Enrollment Portal.
• The Enrollment Contract will be available on March 1. You will set up your payment plan and payment method at this time. 
• The Enrollment Checklist contains other calendar dates to schedule and forms to submit. Please finalize all checklist items by June 1. 

Schedule Night allows you and your student to meet with a counselor to personalize your student's course schedule. Once you submit the Intent to Enroll form and deposit, you can access a calendar in the Enrollment Checklist to select your Schedule Night appointment. Enrolling early gives you the first opportunity to choose a preferred time slot in February or March.

Yes! Cathedral Summer School will be held in June. Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors can take classes from June 4-25. Freshmen will have orientation on June 3 and begin classes on June 4. Freshmen can choose from Health, Physical Education, Computing Foundations, and Personal Finance. Morning and afternoon session options are available. You can register for summer school through the Enrollment Checklist once you submit the Intent to Enroll form and deposit.

Summer school morning classes are held from 8:00-11:30 AM and afternoon classes from 12:00-3:30 PM.

To participate in Cathedral athletics, your student must:

• Register with Final Forms starting April 1, 2026. This includes completing and signing the required documents.
• Obtain a current IHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (PPE) on or after April 1, 2026. This physical must be completed before any pre-season activities. Cathedral partners with Franciscan Sports Medicine and will host an Athletic Physical Night on May 7 at 6:00 p.m. Learn more and register for Physical Night.
• Learn more about creating a Final Forms account and uploading documents.

Cathedral offers a wide range of extracurriculars, including choir, show choir, speech and debate, band, theater, fine arts, and over 60 clubs. Some opportunities may become available before the summer of your freshman year. Check the New Families site regularly for updates!

All incoming freshmen receive an iPad bundle, which includes:

• Latest generation 10" iPad with 256GB of memory
• Protective carrying case with Bluetooth keyboard
• 4 years of AppleCare+ coverage

The total fee of $675 is included in the Freshman Student Activity fee and can be applied to your payment plan.

You can register for bus service through the enrollment checklist. Routes are re-evaluated and adjusted each summer based on requests. Please note that locations listed online are subject to change. For more information or questions, contact the Transportation Team.

Families can apply for tuition assistance through Clarity. If you haven't already applied, you can begin the process online.

You may also be considered for the Indiana Choice Scholarship (voucher) even if you haven't applied through Clarity. You can upload your financial documentation (2024 1040, page 1) this spring in the enrollment checklist.
