Next Steps

Submit the Intent to Enroll Form and Enrollment Deposit
A student’s place in the Class of 2030 will be secured once the Intent to Enroll form and the $1,000 enrollment deposit are submitted. To access the Enrollment Checklist, please log in to the parent portal you used to apply.

Technology Onboarding
Families can register for a Technology Onboarding Night through the enrollment checklist in the parent portal.  Onboarding will be offered on April 30th or May 6th. Students will receive their iPad and be trained on academic software, internet access, and printing.

Enrollment Contract and Billing Setup
The 2026-2027 Enrollment Contract and billing account setup will be available by December 1. Please note that the enrollment deposit will be applied to the 2026-2027 tuition and becomes non-refundable under most circumstances after February 1.

Finalize Enrollment
To finalize your student's enrollment, all items on the Enrollment Checklist, including Enrollment Contract and billing account set up, must be completed by May 1, 2026.

Mastery Testing
Students that have completed high school course work during 7th and/or 8th grade  can take a Mastery Test to be placed in a higher course level. Learn more about Mastery Testing.

Physical Night - May 7, 2026

Cathedral partners with Franciscan Sports Medicine and will host an Athletic Physical Night on May 7 at 6:00 p.m. Learn more and register for Physical Night.

Physicals must be dated on or after April 1, 2026 to be eligible for the 2026/27 school year. This physical must be completed before any pre-season activities.
