Frequent Asked Camp Questions

There is no set dress code for camp, but please keep in mind the nature of the camp that your child is registered for. We discourage wearing sandals or flip-flops unless instructed to do so. Please dress the camper in weather-appropriate clothing, especially for camps that spend a great deal of time outdoors or off site.  

If your child is involved in an Adventure Camp,  there may be a need for you to pack different clothing for a specific day's activities.  Information will be distributed specifically for those camps.

We set our camp ages according to the grade that the child will be entering in the next school year. For example, if your child will be a 4th grader in the fall of 2025 you will register them in 4th grade.

Camp Cathedral does provide supervision of a lunch hour. Any camper who is enrolled in both a morning and afternoon camp will be automatically eligible for the "Lunch Bunch." Campers must bring their own lunches and drinks from home.

Before & Aftercare are available if needed for summer camps.  Please add this option to your registration if you would like to use this service.  Before care is $50 and operates from 7:30 to 8:30 am.  After care operates from 3:30 to 5:00 pm. 

Please note: We do not have the ability to offer aftercare following the morning session or before care for the afternoon session.  Only campers who are attending both morning and afternoon sessions can remain for the Lunch Bunch hour.

If you register for a camp waitlist, a Camp Cathedral representative will contact you if a spot becomes available. When registering you will be asked to enter your credit card information but you will only be charged if you are enrolled into the camp.

Summer Camps
A $10 cancellation fee is assessed if you have requested the cancellation 15 days ahead of the camp session's official start date. If the cancellation is within 14 days of the camp session start date, a 50% refund will be issued. If the cancellation is within 7 days of the camp session start date, a 25% refund will be issued.

Winter Camps
A $5 cancellation fee is assessed if you have requested the cancellation 15 days ahead of the camp session's official start date. If the cancellation is within 14 days of the camp session start date, a 50% refund will be issued. If the cancellation is within 7 days of the camp session start date, a 25% refund will be issued.
