Families apply for tuition assistance through a program called Clarity (Learn more about Clarity). If you need support during the process of completing your application, there is in-app support available through the “Help” button in the bottom left of the screen, as well as email and phone support at support@clarityapp.com or 206-210-3752, in both English and Spanish. The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish. Please note, there is a $60 fee from Clarity for the financial aid assessment.
- Optional Early Deadline (October 13) for Freshman Early Admission Applicants—Families applying via the Early Admission process who wish to receive an estimated financial aid award at the time of Early Admission acceptance must apply for tuition assistance by October 13. Families not meeting this deadline but who meet the later deadline of December 15 will receive their tuition assistance award by March, at the same time as returning families.
- Continuous Enrollment Deadline (December 15) for New and Re-Enrolling Student Applications - Families applying for regular admission must apply for tuition assistance by December 15.
In the case of parents who are separated or divorced, Cathedral requires that both households complete the application process outlined above. Please note that a household includes parents, guardians, and/or stepparents as applicable.
