Cathedral is proud to offer a robust STEM program that challenges students to achieve their best while developing skills to use in college and beyond. In our state-of-the-art Innovation Center, educators provide hands-on opportunities for students to learn and grow.

Out of the Classroom
Cathedral is proud to offer STEM-related activities outside of the traditional classroom experience. Cathedral has a robust extra-curricular offering including in robotics, coding, and engineering.
Robotics Club
Cathedral’s Technology and Engineering Club (CTEC) works to design and build robots for competing annually in the VEX Robotics competitions. The field of robotics being a multidisciplinary field involving mechanics, electronics, programming and the skill of driving and controlling a robot; draws students from varied disciplines and interest. Students from all backgrounds with even little or no experience are welcome! CTEC aims is to provide a collaborative learning space to explore the field of robotics
Chemistry Club
Chem Club is for science enthusiasts that want to delve deeper into chemistry. Our goal is for each student to participate in the Chemistry Olympiad exam in March but we also do some "fun" activities throughout the year like doing chemistry demos for Open House, celebrating Mole Day and Earth Day, and making Christmas ornaments
Medical Club
Medical Club explores the world of medical surgery and treatment. The club meets frequently throughout the year for demonstrations, guest speakers and off campus field trips to medically related facilities.
