Transcript Requests

 

Transcripts are available to alumni by contacting the Student Records and Academic Coordinator at Cathedral High School. 

Please email records@gocathedral.com to request your transcript. 

Please include the following information with your request:

  1. Full Name
  2. Date of Birth
  3. Graduation Year
  4. Address and email to send the transcript to
  5. Attach a copy of your photo ID
  6. Your current address

Transcript requests can take up to 14 days to fulfill.
