Who receives a yearbook?
As part of their tuition, each student enrolled during the 2018-2019 school year receives a 2019 Cathedran yearbook.
When will books be distributed?
For members of the Class of 2019, graduates will return to campus to pick up their yearbooks when the books are shipped during the first week of August. A specific schedule will be announced.
For members of the classes of 2020, 2021 and 2022, yearbooks will be handed out in their English classes during the first week of school.
Note that incoming freshmen do not receive a book, as the yearbook covers the 2018-2019 school year.
Questions should be directed to Tony Willis, yearbook faculty moderator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Senior ad information
Information about ordering a senior yearbook ad for the Class of 2020 will be mailed in early October, with an online submission deadline of mid-November, with a specific date to be determined.
Students in all four grades will have their yearbook portraits taken during the school day on either Aug. 21 or Aug. 22, depending on when their theology class meets.
Most freshmen will already have had their portrait taken during the summer, but those who did not will leave their theology class for a few minutes on Aug. 21 or Aug. 22 to be photographed.
All sophomores, juniors and seniors will be pictured on Aug. 21 or Aug. 22. Students may be out of uniform on the day their portrait is taken, as many students dress up for their school pictures. Senior men are encouraged to wear a dress shirt and tie (and a coat or jacket is recommended as well). Senior women are encouraged to dress up, but are reminded that shoulders should be covered; plunging necklines and spaghetti straps should be avoided. The yearbook staff reserves the right to remove any portrait as a result of students being inappropriately dressed.
