Sports Practices
Morning sports practices are canceled. Mr. Streiff will reach out to teams by noon regarding afternoon practices.
On-Campus J-Term Activities (Including Freshmen)
School is closed—no students should come to campus. Please check your email in the morning for E-Learning instructions. As a reminder, when J-Term activities resume on campus, please make sure your student has their lanyard.
Off-Campus J-Term Activities
To ensure educator and student safety, we ask that no one travel to off-campus sites in the Indianapolis area. Students should check their email in the morning for updates from their leaders regarding plans for the remainder of the week.
Job Shadows
Students are responsible for confirming with their job shadow hosts whether they will remain open. If the company is open but travel conditions seem unsafe, parents should assess the conditions in their area and decide if their child should attend. We advise our students not to travel in the poor conditions predicted in the Indianapolis area.
Traveling J-Terms
If your child is traveling out of state or internationally, their J-Term leader will inform you of any flight delays or cancellations and communicate a plan moving forward. For students already at their destination, J-Term activities should continue as planned—enjoy the sunshine if you have it!
All students should check their email from their J-term leader for further information.
