Principal's Message
Dear Cathedral Parents and Guardians,
The Hill is always buzzing with activity, and over the next seven days, we'll really kick it into high gear! Tonight is the Evening of Excellence, in which we induct new members of our Cathedral family into the Circle of Excellence and raise money for tuition assistance. I look forward to seeing all of you who can make it tonight.
Our next big event is a week from tonight... Open House! Please invite prospective families to register today. Father Jomy is offering Mass in the Chapel at 5 p.m., and Open House runs from 5:30-8:00 p.m. We will have a half day of classes, and school will dismiss at 12:10 on Thursday, October 5. Also, lunch will not be served. We need help from our parents and guardians to make Open House a success. Please click here to see volunteer opportunities with our admissions department and sign up!
Please click here if you would like to assist the Mothers' Club with stuffing giveaway bags on October 4 or lending a hand the night of Open House.
As a reminder, the first quarter of the school year ends Monday, October 9. Please encourage your students to manage their time well, study hard, and reach out to their teacher if they're struggling in a class. As a reminder, office hours are offered on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays from 8:00-8:30 a.m. We're all here to ensure your student succeeds and has a phenomenal Cathedral experience.
Please be sure and read the entire Parent Newsletter. In the Current Parent News section, you'll find information about the Cathedral/Center Grove football game, Philanthropy Day, Fall Break, and how you can purchase an outdoor nativity scene for the Christmas season.
I pray all of you have a wonderful and restful weekend!
God bless, and Go Irish!

Please consider joining Cathedral in showcasing outdoor nativity scenes this Christmas season. All members of the 2024, 2025, and 2026 class SHOULD HAVE their Yearbooks. Please check with your student that they have received their yearbooks from the 2022-2023 school year.
Give your student one last gift before they leave Cathedral High School and purchase a Senior Ad to be placed in the yearbook. You will upload, design, and create the Senior Ad yourself and upload it to be placed in the yearbook.
