Matt is on the board of directors for United Way of Central Indiana, St. Mary’s Child Center, and the Western Golf Association. He is president of Cohoat and O’Neal Golf Management. Matt and his wife, Jan, have four children who all graduated from Cathedral. The family belongs to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel parish. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tanya Walton Pratt also serves on the board of the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) and is on the Board of Managers for the Indiana State Bar Association. She is the parent of a Cathedral graduate.

Bob was named one of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty under 40 in 1999 and was named Irishman of the Year in 2013. He has served or currently serves on many other community boards, including the IAC Sports Foundation and the Indiana Public Employees Retirement Fund. In addition, he serves on several local corporate boards, including Bowen Engineering Corporation and Townsend Corporation. Bob and his wife, Sue, live in Indianapolis and have four children who attend or have attended Cathedral.

Christian T. Browning ‘93

Christian co-founded MOBI, an industry-leading enterprise mobility management software and services provider. MOBI spun out of Bluefish Wireless, an entity also founded by Christian and three other Cathedral classmates in 2001. Christian and his wife Amie live in Zionsville with their four children and are members of St. Maria Goretti.

Rob Bridges is the former Head of school at Muskegon Catholic Central and former teacher and coach at American School of Rio de Janeiro. He is a former Peace Corps volunteer. He and his wife Marcia have four children, three of whom are currently Cathedral students. The family is a member of St. Simon Catholic Church.

Kevin Alerding ‘88

Kevin recently retired from the U.S. Army Reserve after 20 years of service in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He is a current member and former president of Marquette Manor Foundation and a former director of the Fatima Retreat House and Cathedral High School Alumni Association. Kevin and his wife, Sharon Henn ’88 Alerding, are members of Immaculate Heart of Mary parish and parents to four children who have or are attending Cathedral.

Fr. Eric Augenstein is a priest of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. He has served as a high school theology teacher and chaplain at Seton Catholic High School (Richmond, Indiana) and Our Lady of Providence High School (Clarksville, Indiana), as well as the Associate Pastor of St. Andrew, St. Mary, and Holy Family Churches (Richmond, Indiana), and pastor of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (New Albany, Indiana). He is also Sacramental Minister at St. Agnes Church in Nashville, Indiana. Fr. Eric is also co-author of The Idiot’s Guides: Catholicism.

Fr. Pat is an ordained priest for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. He has served as the associate pastor of St. Monica Church and as the chaplain of Cardinal Ritter Junior/Senior High School and as the pastor of the parishes of St. Michael and Holy Guardian Angels in Franklin County and Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral in Indianapolis. From 2009-2013, he served as the Vice Rector of Bishop Simon Bruté College Seminary and the Director of Liturgy for the archdiocese.

Kimberly Blanchet '90

As a partner at Barnes and Thornburg, Kimberly concentrates her practice in the area of finance, both taxable financing and tax-exempt financing for municipalities, hospitals, retirement communities and nonprofits, such as colleges and universities. Kimberly is a member of the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the Indiana State Bar Association. She is a 1990 graduate of Cathedral High School. She and her husband Craig have a 2016 graduate of Cathedral. They also have two children who are currently attending Cathedral.

J. Michael Cunningham

Michael is the CEO and founder of Maetrics, a life sciences consulting firm. He has more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience leading innovative consulting companies. Prior to founding Maetrics, he founded Theoris and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Michael has always been a strong supporter of Cathedral, most notably helping make possible the transformation of the carriage house on Cathedral’s property into the Cunningham Fine Arts Center in 1998. He is a 1998 Bishop Chartrand Award recipient. His daughter graduated from Cathedral in 1998.

Denise Farrell, Hon. ‘08

Denise Farrell was a Cathedral staff member in a variety of roles for 29 years before her retirement in 2008. She was named an honorary graduate in 2008. Denise was inducted into the Indiana High School Vollyeball Hall of Fame in 1997, was 1988 Marion County Coaches of Girls Sports Association City Coach of the Year, 1989 Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association District 3 Coach of the Year, and 1989 Indianapolis Star Metro Volleyball Coach of the Year. Denise and her husband, Bill, have two children who both graduated from Cathedral and are members of Holy Spirit at Geist Catholic Church.

 

Gregg Gallant

Prior to founding Allegient, named one of the “Inc.” 5000’s fastest growing companies for the fifth year in a row as well as one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work for six years, Gregg served as director of operations at NISYS, group director at Software Synergy, and director of strategic initiatives, building commissioner and Mayor’s Fellow during the Steve Goldsmith administration for the City of Indianapolis. Gregg and his wife, Lori, are parents of three Cathedral students.

Rosemily Geyer

Rosemily Geyer is the recipient of the 2015 National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Avatar Award and the 2015 The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Award. She is vice chair of the Indiana Latino Institute and vice chair of the Mid-States Supplier Minority Business Input Committee. Rosemily is Mentor Protege Committee Chair of the Indiana Construction Roundtable Economic Empowerment Forum Committee Chair, a member of Women Business Enterprise National Council (Indiana),and former Board Chair Indianapolis Academy of Excellence CFA.

Ryan Hasbrook ‘92

Ryan Hasbrook is the co-founder and CEO of Brooksource, one of the nation’s fastest growing information technology staffing companies. Ryan hails from a long line of Cathedral legacies and has been an instrumental partner for the football and wrestling programs. Ryan and his wife, Alicia, live in Indianapolis with their three children. They are members of St. Luke Catholic Church.

Julie Malone ‘03 Hum

Julie Hum is a 2003 Cathedral graduate and currently is a postdoctoral fellow at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. Julie currently researches the molecular genetics of metabolic bone diseases. Julie has been an active member of the Emerging Leaders program at Cathedral. She and her husband, Houston, live in Indianapolis with their daughter and are members of St. Monica’s Catholic Church.

Jason Konesco ‘90

Jason Konesco co-founded ClearScholar in 2016 with Indianapolis-based venture studio High Alpha. Jason has previously served as president and CEO of Harrison College after joining the organization as director of admissions in 1999. His other board memberships include the Academy of Art University (San Francisco), University of Advancing Technology (Tempe), Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site, and the Indianapolis Racers Youth Hockey Association. He and his wife, Jodi, have three children, and two are currently attending Cathedral.

Dave McDowell ‘75

Dave has been president and owner of Techlite since 1987 and specializes in project evaluation, total lighting applications, and lighting consultation. Dave is married to Karen Field OLG ‘74 McDowell.

Kyle McGarth '01

Kyle currently works with the sales team across the United States for Lexmark International. He is a 2001 graduate of Cathedral. While at Cathedral, he was quarterback on the football team under Coach Streiff. He stays engaged with Cathedral through his involvement with the Emerging Leaders group and the Alumni Association Board. He resides in McCordsville with his wife, Danielle and their young son, Evan.

Carmen serves as the president of DuoChart, a company that develops bilingual culturally sensitive patient advocacy and care products for healthcare providers. Carmen is also the owner of Carmen, Inc. a corporate and community based leadership, race relations and diversity training. She is a founding member of the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, the All-Girls High Schools Legacy Board, and the Fund for Hoosier Excellence.

Victoria Schneider '88 Temple

Victoria is the Chief Executive Officer and a third generation owner of The Schneider Corporation. She sits on the boards of the Indianapolis Parks Foundation and Actors Theatre of Indiana. Victoria graduated from Cathedral in 1988. She and her husband, David, are members of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and have two daughters Caroline ‘18 and Mary Kate ‘19.

Dave Worland began his teaching career in the Lafayette Catholic Schools system
Including a stint as principal, athletic director, and boys varsity basketball coach at Lafayette Catholic Junior/Senior High School. He is on the board for the IHSAA and the INPEA. He and Janet have three children who attended Cathedral and the family belongs to St. Matthew parish.

Prior to joining Cathedral, Colleen was Executive Director of Finance and CFO at Indiana State University Foundation. She also has experience as a senior accountant at Financial Technologies and Management. Colleen believes wholeheartedly in the mission of Cathedral. She has three children at Cathedral. Her daughter is a senior and her twin boys are freshmen. 

Ken Barlow ‘82

Ken Barlow is a decorated former professional athlete and community servant. He has served on the board of directors, vice president for the Black Alumni Council, assistant boy basketball coach and director of alumni. Over the past four years he has served as the Vice President of Constituent Relations and now Diversity. He is the proud father of three adult sons who attended Cathedral. Ken is an ordained minister.

Nicole Beasley ‘98

Nicole Beasley holds certificates from Indiana University School of Philanthropy, Catholic School Management, Inc., and Independent School Management. Nicole is a Randall L. Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence Hoosier Fellow, and a member of the Indiana Chapter of the Association Fundraising Professionals. Nicole is a member of St. Louis de Montfort Parish and her three children attend St. Louis de Montfort School.

R. Duane Emery

Duane Emery joined Cathedral High School as a college counselor in 1999, becoming coordinator of college counseling and then director of admission. Duane also have served as vice president for advancement and led the school’s efforts around development, alumni relations, and marketing. Prior to Cathedral, Duane spent four years in college admissions. He also has worked closely with the National Center for College Costs. His son currently attends Cathedral.

Raul Landeros

Rolly Landeros has had 21 years of computing and networking experience with numerous technical certifications including Microsoft System Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Professional with an emphasis in routing and switching, and a HP Accredited Systems Engineer. Previous to working at Cathedral, Rolly served as the Regional Project Manager and Design Engineer for JDM Associates. He has two current Cathedral students.

James P. (Jim) McLinn ‘70

Tenure at Cathedral since 1973

Jim has served as a teacher, coach, director of guidance, athletic director, executive vice president, alumni director in addition to his current position as VP for operations. He is currently responsible for vendor contracts, buildings and ground oversight including planning, maintenance and janitorial services for all facilities. Jim’s two children attended Cathedral.

Grace Trahan-Rodecap

Grace has more than 25 years of experience in communications. She started her broadcasting career in Beaumont, Texas where she won the Texas School Bell Award for Outstanding Coverage of Educational Issues. She was an anchor/reporter at WRTV for 18 years and Marketing/Public Relations Coordinator at The Orchard School for four years. Grace serves on the board for Morning Light and is a cantor at her church, St. Monica. She and her husband have three children and live in the Trader's Point area.
